This dress is made by Siopa Rince in Dublin. It is in excellent condition, carefully stored and comes from a smoke free home. Navy blue velvet and pale blue satin with blue camouflage in the skirt. The dress looks great on stage and has over 800 swarovski crystals. Dress includes bloomers and hairband.
