Siopa Rince Dress
This is a Royal blue, white and gold puffball style siopa rince dress.
The bodice is royal blue velvet with satin blue and white skirts complete with gold, white and blue stitching matching the sleeve and neck. The dress is adorned with Swarovski crystals.
